Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with the community and grow our residential customer base. You will represent Spectrum’s high-speed data, TV, mobile, and Voice offerings through face-to-face interactions, with about 90% of time spent outdoors.

In addition to a competitive base salary, top performers can reach a total compensation over $100,000 per year, plus free and discounted Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and offering Spectrum.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor recommendations for each customer.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation: dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitors and report insights to manager.
