Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow our high-speed data, TV, mobile, and voice services. You will meet customers face-to-face, conduct needs analyses, and present tailored proposals to drive growth.

The role emphasizes field-based activities, requires travel to local territories, and offers a base salary plus incentives with total compensation potentially exceeding $100,000 annually.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English reading/writing/speaking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in sales.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
