Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to drive growth in insulation and building products distribution across a defined territory. You will build relationships, prospect new customers, and promote our brand while delivering exceptional service and sales results.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of outside sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial, engaging approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Independently manage existing customers and territory prospecting.
• Deliver compelling presentations and negotiations; strong written & verbal skills.
• Process dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
