Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative - Spanish to drive in-home sales across our product offerings. You will present interactive solutions to homeowners, work weekends, and build a strong pipeline with uncapped commissions.

Earn substantial income with a full-time W-2 role, comprehensive training, and a supportive team culture. Training location: Orlando, FL. Prior in-home or B2C sales is a plus, bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license.
• In-Home Sales or Business-to-Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision.
• This position requires a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision-makers at their homes.
• Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet sales goals.
• Set individual sales targets.
