Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator to support a ProLogistix client on-site in Fontana, CA. The role requires staffing experience and bilingual Spanish/English, with a schedule of Mon-Thu 7pm-3am and Fridays 12pm-9pm.

You will manage employee issues, onboarding, timekeeping, and daily operations to help the client meet service levels. The position emphasizes front-line customer service to the management team and associates, collaboration with vendors and client partners,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months to 1 year related experience in staffing.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Experience in staffing and client communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates resolution of all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges.
• Coaches associates on attendance policies and performance reviews.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
