Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Seasonal Bilingual Staffing Operations Coordinator to support the Bolingbrook, IL onsite operation. The role combines customer service, onboarding, payroll tasks, and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as a frontline contact for associates and clients, coordinate onboarding, ensure accurate documentation, and generate reports to identify workforce trends and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse, or fast-paced operational environments preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for associates, client contacts, and vendors regarding attendance, onboarding, payroll, and workforce concerns.
• Support onsite client operation and maintain professional presence within the facility.
• Coordinate resolution of employee issues with client partners and EmployBridge teams.
• Deliver new hire orientations and a positive first-day experience for associates.
• Collect and maintain onboarding documentation (I-9s, background checks, etc.).
• Utilize workforce management systems and reporting tools to support daily operations.
