EmployBridge in Jessup, MD seeks a Staff Performance Coordinator for a temporary assignment. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English and serves as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.

You will oversee onboarding, payroll, attendance, and safety processes, using CRM, Power BI, and time/attendance software. Collaboration with clients and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Experience in HR or client service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and promptly.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Collects onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI, time/attendance).
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations; documents safety incidents.
• Coaches associates on attendance policies and conducts ABC performance reviews.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
• Walks candidates through client facility tours and supports onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
