Wise Staffing Group is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role in Sevierville, TN with a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year. You will work directly at the client work site every day, coordinating recruiting, screening, and workforce issue resolution while partnering with leadership to support account performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for company leadership, liaising between client needs and internal leadership and keeping management updated on operational and performance data.
• Learn the worksite’s nuances and recommend approaches that support mutually beneficial business needs for both the client and internal teams.
• Partner with the sales team to grow site headcount and anticipate client needs; maintain relationships with key decision makers and deliver responsive customer service.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline aligned to client expectations, including facilitating and verifying steps such as interviewing, drug testing, background checks, and E-Verification prior to placement.
• Act as an intermediary between temporary workers and the client by investigating, resolving, and documenting issues related to performance, attendance, payroll, and client complaints.
• Listen to client concerns and align recruiting and performance reviews to client-specific goals while ensuring temporary workers follow both Wise Staffing Group and client policies.
• Coach temporary workers through performance improvement plans, manage disciplinary actions professionally, mediate conflicts calmly, and terminate or reassign workers when necessary.
• Investigate, document, and evaluate worker-related matters including worker’s compensation, unemployment, and discrimination complaints, resolving issues swiftly and professionally and sharing relevant details with appropriate parties.
• Supervise the client site by conducting site walk-throughs, helping maintain a productive work environment.
• Verify timesheets for temporary workers and complete payroll procedures accurately and on time.
• Communicate with management and other recruiters to address client needs and support timely order fulfillment.
• Report to the client site on short notice when needed due to worker’s compensation incidents or other urgent situations; work a flexible schedule based on business needs and shift coverage changes.

• Spanish fluency (required)
• Reliable transportation and the ability to report to the client site on short notice
• Reliable method of communication (example: personal cell phone)
• Flexible shift availability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with staffing industry operations
• Prior experience with worker’s compensation, unemployment, or discrimination matters
• Proficiency in MS Office/Suite and basic computer skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Avionte preferred)

Location and work setup

• In-person only role operating out of the client’s work site daily
• Sevierville, TN 37876 (required). Client name and exact location will not be disclosed at this time.
