This position requires Spanish fluency and reliable transportation, with daily on-site work at the client site and focus on timely payroll and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and able to work at client site daily.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with staffing industry operations and workforce compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for leadership and liaise between client needs and internal teams.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline aligned to client expectations; coordinate interviews, background checks, and E-Verification.
• Investigate, resolve, and document worker-related issues including payroll, attendance, and client complaints.
