Job summary

Prime Staffing is seeking a bilingual Spanish and English Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting at their Fontana, CA office. This role focuses on high-volume hiring for industrial positions and includes responsibilities across sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and recruiting reporting.

The position is full-time and onsite, with pay starting at $23.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, have proven recruiting experience, and be able to manage multiple

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or within a staffing agency.
• Ability to conduct multiple interview types, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
• Experience with Avionte, Tempworks, or Paychex.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and job specifications.
• Conduct job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post openings to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, and other channels.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other methods.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
• Evaluate applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees to support full integration.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Serve as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Support Prime Staffing's reputation as a best place to work.

Role Responsibilities

• Complete and review payroll for all temporary employees.
• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and job specifications.
• Conduct job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post openings to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, and other channels.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or within a staffing agency.
• Ability to conduct multiple interview types, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
• Hands-on experience with selection processes such as phone interviewing and reference checks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Avionte is a plus.
• Ability to be flexible with weekend availability and overtime.
• Answer requirements related to roles recruited for and language fluency in Spanish.
• Experience with Avionte, Tempworks, or Paychex.
• Fontana, CA 92336: relocate before starting work (required).
