Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between client leadership and internal teams to report performance data.
• Learn the worksite’s needs and provide insights to client leadership and internal teams.
• Coordinate with the sales team to grow site headcount and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Use sourcing methods to build and maintain a candidate pipeline aligned to client expectations.
• Coordinate and verify hiring steps, including interviews, drug tests, background checks, E-Verification, and payroll prep.
• Investigate and document worker issues, resolving matters promptly.
• Align recruitment and performance reviews to client-specific needs and goals.
• Ensure temporary workers follow Wise Staffing Group and client policies.
• Coach workers through performance improvements and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
• Investigate worker compensation, unemployment, and discrimination matters and share information with relevant parties.
• Supervise the client site with regular walk-throughs to maintain a productive environment.
• Verify submitted timesheets and complete payroll procedures accurately and on time.
• Communicate with management and fellow recruiters to address client needs.
• Report to the client site on short notice for incidents or urgent situations; maintain a flexible schedule.

Working on-site at the client’s location in Olive Branch, MS, this position focuses on sourcing and placing temporary workers while coordinating closely with client leadership and internal management.

This is a full-time day shift opportunity with a salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year. The role requires Spanish fluency, reliable transportation for short-notice coverage, and strong communication skills.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for company leadership, liaising between client and internal teams, and reporting operational and performance data.
• Learn the worksite’s needs and provide insights to both client leadership and internal sales or management to support mutually beneficial business goals.
• Coordinate with the sales team to grow site headcount, anticipate client needs, and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers.
• Use effective sourcing methods to build and maintain a candidate pipeline aligned to client expectations.
• Coordinate and verify hiring preparation steps, including interviewing, drug testing, background checks, E-Verification, and related requirements prior to placement.
• Act as an intermediary between temporary workers and the client by investigating, resolving, and documenting issues such as performance, attendance, payroll, and client complaints.
• Listen to client concerns and align recruitment and performance review activities to client-specific needs and goals.
• Ensure temporary workers follow and uphold policies for both Wise Staffing Group and the client.
• Coach workers through performance improvement plans, manage disciplinary action professionally, mediate conflicts, and handle termination or reassignment when necessary.
• Investigate and document matters related to worker’s compensation, unemployment, and discrimination complaints, resolving issues promptly while sharing information with appropriate parties.
• Supervise the client site, including regular site walk-throughs, to maintain a productive work environment.
• Verify submitted timesheets for each temporary worker and complete payroll procedures accurately and on time.
• Communicate with management and fellow recruiters to address client needs and support timely order fulfillment.
• Report to the client site on short notice as needed due to worker’s compensation incidents or other urgent situations, working a flexible schedule based on business requirements.
