Openwork is seeking an Onsite Manager for a large client account in the Memphis area. This hands-on role requires organizing staffing operations, coordinating with the client and employees, and ensuring service levels during overnight shifts.

You will recruit for the account, maintain relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance checks. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish to liaise with clients and staff.
• Ability to manage day-to-day staffing operations on site.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or people management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staffing operations at a large client account.
• Serve as the primary recruiter for the account with branch support.
• Build relationships with client contacts and onsite employees.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding to meet company and client requirements.
• Complete weekly compliance checks and maintain account data.
• Provide weekly activity, staffing, and performance summaries.
