Job summary

Staff Management | SMX is seeking an Account Supervisor to oversee day-to-day management of a shift at a client site in Jackson, TN. You will interview and orient new associates and ensure an efficient, safe, and productive onsite operation.

The role requires scheduling from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a rotating 3/4 week, with two weekends per month, and close collaboration with site leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and mentor Group Leads and associates.
• Run pre-shift meetings.
• Track and report daily attendance.
• Track and report associate performance and conduct.
• Assist with recruiting efforts, orientation, and training.
• Assist with payroll approval and processing.
• Complete regular safety checks and complete accident reports.
