Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Staffing Manager for the LaVergne, TN area. This 2nd shift, contract/seasonal role focuses on supervising staff, managing payroll processes, and delivering high-quality service to the client in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires strong communication in English and Spanish, HR/data management experience, and proven team leadership. Remote work is not offered; on-site hours are Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12am, with a 4–6 month contract window.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in staffing and workforce management.
• Customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrable success leading a team or process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports on request.
• Manage onsite employee relations including coaching and performance reviews.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
