City Wide Facility Solutions in Nashville is seeking a Bilingual Night Manager (2nd Shift) for a part-time, 27-hour week. The role requires strong English/Spanish communication, field presence visiting client locations, and directing Independent Contractors to deliver high-quality janitorial and facility services.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, plus relevant experience in commercial janitorial or related services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in commercial janitorial, facilities, hospitality, property management, or related service industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Independent Contractors, in-house teams, and clients using bilingual communication to ensure clear expectations.
• Communicate client priorities, answer questions, and collaborate with contractors to resolve service issues quickly.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and review scopes of work to ensure services meet City Wide's standards.
• Serve as a hands-on field resource, coaching contractors and supporting performance improvements.
• Communicate daily with the Facility Solutions Manager and provide a nightly recap by email or phone.
• Oversee customer requests and complaints to deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Support the launch of new client accounts and ensure contractors understand service expectations from day one.
