Surge Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (English/Spanish or Creole) to support a major client at an on-site location in Manchester, TN. The role focuses on matching temporaries to client needs, delivering excellent service, and developing business relationships.

The position requires leadership experience, strong communication, and proficient MS Office skills. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with potential supervision of On-site Staffing Specialists.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Proven leadership or managerial experience.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role or 3–5 years in customer service.
• Strong communication and administrative abilities.
• Experience with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meet temporary help and training needs for a major client.
• Deliver high-quality service to customers and temporaries.
• Develop and retain business through outstanding service.
• Handle administrative tasks and monitor attendance.
• Process Workers' Compensation claims and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Supervise On-site Staffing Specialists as needed.
• Support other duties as assigned.
