Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required or preferred.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, operations, customer service, or people-management is a plus.
• Comfortable working onsite and overnight shift responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staffing operations for a large client account.
• Serve as primary recruiter for the account with branch support as needed.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts and onsite employees.
• Handle employee questions and onboarding, ensuring client requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate employee and account information in the systems.
• Provide weekly activity and performance summaries to management.
