Fooda is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead onsite food service operations in the Memphis/Southaven area. You will manage a team of 6–10 Event Coordinators, oversee scheduling, payroll, partner relationships, service execution, and issue resolution across multiple sites.

• 4–6 years in operations, hospitality, food service, event management, or similar service-focused roles.
• Experience supervising employees including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Comfort with fixed, nighttime onsite schedule five days weekly and weekend on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day food service operations across locations.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and manage a team of 6–10 Event Coordinators.
• Review timekeeping and payroll processes; adjust schedules based on demand.
• Serve as onsite primary contact for client, employees, and partners.
• Maintain restaurant partner relationships and address performance concerns.
• Monitor service quality, staffing levels, and safety procedures.
• Travel between Memphis/Southaven sites; work outdoor in varying conditions.
