Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support a major client in the United States. You will manage contract creation, onboarding for new joiners, and communications with schools and training bodies.

The role requires fluency in French and English, experience in HR/onboarding or admin roles, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with proactive, detail‑oriented preparation of documents and processes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in HR, onboarding, recruitment, or admin roles is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with new joiners and teams.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset; able to work independently in a hybrid setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to assist with onboarding formalities and administrative procedures.
• Coordinate with schools, training organizations, and institutions to collect required information.
• Create contracts and candidate files for new joiners and share contact details.
• Dispatch emails to team members from the shared inbox.
• Monitor registrations and document approvals.
• Monitor invoicing related to training activities.
• Participate in project discussions with clients and provide updates.
