Job summary

Gartner is seeking upcoming university graduates fluent in French and English to join the Client Success team in a role focused on onboarding and value realization for clients with Gartner subscriptions.

You will partner with clients across IT, HR, and other functions to surface priorities, demonstrate value, and connect clients with Gartner experts. A hybrid work environment supports growth while maintaining flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant professional/internship experience
• Proven track record of delivering client value and delight
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and prove Gartner services to drive engagement
• Interface with clients from senior to junior levels to ensure success with Gartner subscriptions
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and outcomes
• Leverage insights and metrics to sustain engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth
