Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
2+ years' experience in an HR or customer service environment.
Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) strongly desired.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Effective Relationship Building Skills.
Adaptability and Change Management Skills.
Experience/Interest in learning/utilizing AI.
Effective Presentation Skills.
Experience with HRIS systems a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and facilitate onboarding paperwork, activities, and employment authorization processes including I-9, E-Verify, and Employment Verification.
Lead Day 1 Onboarding Experience including conducting orientation.
Update and maintain personnel files.
Complete timely and accurate processing of HR transactions such as new hire/termination information, personal data, compensation performance and personnel action changes.
Post new data and keep all tracker documents up to date in real time.
Ensure complete accuracy, confidentiality and compliance for all shared drives, vendor sites and internal systems.
Partner with internal teams to support HR initiatives and operations, including HR Business Partners, payroll, finance, purchasing, compensation and talent acquisition.
Participate in team projects including large scale initiatives to document all People Success policies and procedures.
