Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in the United States seeks a Talent Sourcer to lead proactive talent acquisition, translating hiring objectives into targeted sourcing strategies across internal databases, job boards, and social networks.

You will build high-impact pipelines, engage passive candidates, provide market insights to stakeholders, and collaborate with Employer Branding to communicate the company value proposition.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Talent Sourcer or Sourcing Recruiter
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search and X-ray searches
• Ability to analyze market trends and present insights to stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German/French
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Translate hiring objectives into targeted sourcing strategies across databases, job boards, social networks.
• Build, segment and maintain dynamic talent pools for critical business lines.
• Initiate personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive talent.
• Provide market intelligence and advisory to Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding to articulate the company value proposition
