Job summary

LHH (Global) seeks an Engagement Specialist to be the first contact for clients, educating them on career transition services and connecting them with resources. The role requires strong English and French skills and a professional, empathetic communication style.

Location: USA - Remote. Onboarding includes 2 weeks of classroom training followed by 10 weeks of hands-on coaching; Monday–Friday schedule with a home office setup conducive to focused work.

Qualifications

• Two-week onboarding with training on LHH programs and client engagement.
• Knowledge of LHH programs, features, and benefits during calls.
• Provide professional and timely follow up to client inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about LHH career transition services and connecting them to resources.
• Be the first point of contact for clients and manage inquiries via calls, emails, and SMS.
• Document engagement efforts accurately in ORBIT.
• Engage in active listening and de-escalate frustrated clients as needed.
• Follow outreach protocols and maintain KPI targets.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the company and role.
