Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual ability is required.
• Experience with MS Office and data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in guests, answer phones, file, and perform data entry tasks.
• Maintain PPE compliance and a safe working environment; report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with inter-plant billing and plant accounting backup duties.
• Enter driver trip tickets and verify/audit driver logs.
• Handle call management and multi-line phone system; process orders and file management.
• Support manufacturing, freight, and accounting data entry tasks.
