Job summary

CHARLESGATE is seeking a Resident Services Manager (Income Specialization) to lead resident experience across multiple multifamily properties. You will act as the primary contact for residents and manage lease administration, renewals, and income oversight, while coordinating with onsite teams to maintain service excellence.

The role requires strong organization, mobility across sites, and the ability to build trust with residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management or tenant-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage responsibilities across multiple sites.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own results for all resident-related outcomes across the portfolio.
• Serve as the central point of triage for all resident-related communications.
• Delegate tasks and follow-ups to coordinators or onsite staff.
• Collaborate with leasing, accounting, and services teams to optimize portfolio performance.
• Support resident communications and notices across the portfolio.
• Send renewal notices and track responses to secure executed agreements.
