Job summary

CHARLESGATE is seeking a Multifamily Head of Portfolio in Boston, MA to lead the strategic, financial, and operational performance of a designated multifamily portfolio. You will guide a team including a Resident Services Manager and coordinators, driving occupancy, client satisfaction, and compliance across properties.

The role reports to the Regional Portfolio Manager and includes ownership of owner relationships, reporting, and long-range planning, with LIHTC/affordable housing experience

Qualifications

• LIHTC/Affordable housing compliance experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Strategic ownership and planning for the portfolio through regular client meetings
• Monitor and improve portfolio NOI variance against budget
• Communicate with clients (Board of Trustees) and ensure satisfaction
• Manage risk across the portfolio and ensure safety/compliance
• Oversee property operations and maintenance within the portfolio
• Ensure LIHTC/Affordable housing compliance where applicable
