Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead one of our multifamily communities on site. You will oversee daily operations, manage on-site teams, and deliver an exceptional living experience for residents, aligning financial performance with resident satisfaction.

You will drive occupancy, supervise leasing and maintenance staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Strong communication, organization, and sales skills are essential to build a thriving community

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum 4 years of residential multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisorial experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with general business and accounting concepts; ability to read and interpret financials.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles or use own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations from leasing to work orders and vendor coordination.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams; build a positive culture.
• Promote the property with marketing partners to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and monitor rent collection.
• Be resident-focused; address concerns and welcome new residents.
• Oversee inspections, capital improvements, and unit readiness.
• Submit accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with laws.
