Job summary

CHARLESGATE is seeking a proactive Resident Services Manager (Income Specialization) to serve residents across multiple multifamily properties. You’ll own resident accounts, lease administration, renewals, and income oversight, coordinating with onsite teams to deliver high-quality service.

This onsite, portfolio-based role requires strong organization, mobility, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management or tenant-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage responsibilities across multiple sites.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Federal, State and Local housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own results for all resident-related outcomes across the portfolio.
• Serve as the central point of triage for all resident-related communications.
• Delegate tasks to coordinators or onsite staff as appropriate.
• Collaborate with leasing, accounting, and services teams to optimize performance.
• Support resident communications and prepare move-in/move-out processes.
• Coordinate with housing authorities for Section 8 and recertifications.
