Qualifications

• Motivation to achieve sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers in English and Spanish to welcome, understand needs, and guide choices.
• Demonstrate smartphones, accessories, and connected devices that fit customers' needs.
• Build lasting relationships by listening, asking questions, and recommending solutions.
• Make shopping simple—assist online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Develop sales skills and work toward individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with teammates, store leaders, and other T-Mobile teams to support customers and small businesses.
