T-Mobile USA is hiring a bilingual Mobile Associate to help customers explore technology and stay connected. You will engage in English and Spanish, explain products, and build relationships in-store, online, or via Customer Care.

Requires a High school diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service or sales experience. You’ll grow through hands-on training, teamwork, and performance-based incentives as you advance toward the Mobile Expert role.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities
