Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions. You will use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits, complete training, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Additionally perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
