Job summary

You will leverage digital tools to showcase coverage and tailor solutions to individual needs, while completing required training to grow product knowledge and sales skills. Compensation includes base pay with training incentives, access to stock grants and purchase plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management as needed.
