Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You will develop proficiency in customer service and sales and use digital tools to explain network coverage and benefits.

Training is provided to build product knowledge and customer-focused solutions. Compensation includes hourly pay ($18 base plus $5 training pay), with an annual incentive target and eligibility for a stock grant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail (Preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
