Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop proficiency in customer service and sales, use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, complete training, and contribute to a seamless customer experience. Base hourly pay is $18 with $5 training pay; annual stock grants and stock purchase plan are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
