Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding them through technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales, use digital tools to show coverage and benefits, and complete training to stay current on products and processes. Base pay starts at $19.50 per hour plus training pay, with a path to incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems and processes.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
