Job summary

At T-Mobile, join our retail team to help customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You will develop customer service and sales skills to tailor device and service solutions, using digital tools to explain coverage and benefits.

Hourly base pay is $19.50 with $5 training pay; after 90 days you may transition to Mobile Expert with incentive opportunities up to $18,000/year. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant and comprehensive benefits, including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales in Retail preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
