T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment while learning the in-store processes and offerings.

You will work with digital tools, leverage self-serve features, and build relationships with customers. Competitive hourly pay, training pay, and eligibility for stock grants and benefits are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Demonstrates and explains T-Mobile solutions using digital tools.
• Builds relationships with customers and completes onboarding.
