Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to help customers self-serve.
• Educate customers, build relationships, and meet sales and quality metrics.
