Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate for Store-in-Store deployments to energize customer interactions and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.

In a high-traffic retail setting, you will educate customers, perform solution-based selling, and help customers understand how to self-serve using the T-Mobile app. Training is provided and performance aligns with sales and service metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educates on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverages digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value.
• Completes training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems; assists with onboarding customers.
