T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate SiS to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on solutions, and leverage digital tools to drive sales in a busy retail environment.

You will complete comprehensive training, deepen product knowledge, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers. This role emphasizes exceptional service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital tools and solution-based selling to demonstrate value and close sales.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products and systems; stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with customers and nearby store teams to support account setup and service.
