Job summary

At T-Mobile, retail associates support customers by facilitating technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You will develop strong customer service and sales skills to provide personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and benefits.

Workers contribute to customer loyalty and teamwork through effective communication and service delivery. Training is provided, with opportunities for on-the-job development and participation in stock grants

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
