Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to help customers explore technology and stay connected. You will work in a bilingual environment, assisting in English and Spanish and guiding customers through product choices both in-store and online.

The role requires 6 months of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided, with paths toward a Mobile Expert role and ongoing career growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (or strong ability) and customer-facing experience.
• 6+ months in customer service or sales, retail preferred.
• Interest in technology and helping customers find solutions.
• Willingness to learn, share ideas, and support teammates.
• Motivation to achieve sales goals while maintaining excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers in English and Spanish to welcome and assist.
• Demonstrate smartphones, accessories, and devices matching customer needs.
• Build lasting relationships by listening, asking questions, and recommending solutions.
• Support customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store for a seamless experience.
• Develop sales skills while working toward individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with teammates and store teams to support customers and small businesses.
