Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations, engaging customers and guiding their technology and service needs in a fast-paced setting.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales, using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits, and complete training to stay current on products and processes. Promotions include a path to Mobile Expert and a focus on customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes.
• Engage customers by exploring needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
