Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize and educate customers in high-traffic partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while upholding service quality and sales metrics.

You will participate in ongoing training, leverage digital tools, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers. The role emphasizes relationship building, performance targets, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions through solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; maintain customer readiness.
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
