Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Mobile Associate role in the United States retail network. You will assist customers with devices and service solutions, use digital tools to show network coverage, and complete training to stay knowledgeable on products and systems.

The role emphasizes delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Starting hourly base pay is $19.50 plus $5 training pay, with a path to the Mobile Expert role and an annual incentive target of $18,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Participate in other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
