T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers, deliver personalized device and service solutions, and use digital tools to showcase network benefits, contributing to a seamless experience and stronger loyalty.

Initial training pays an hourly premium with a path to Mobile Expert as you develop product knowledge and selling skills while eligible for annual stock grants and company benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
