Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You'll engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and contribute to a high-energy retail experience.

Hourly base pay $20.50 with $5.00 training pay; eligible for an annual stock grant and a $18,000 incentive target after onboarding. You will learn product knowledge, participate in training, and help customers self-serve via the T-Mobile app.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment; educate customers and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify needs and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on store operations, products, and processes; assist with onboarding customers and safeguarding assets.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, follow up with customers, capture referrals, and drive sales activity.
