Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations.

Engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate and recommend solutions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service. The role includes on-the-job training with hourly training pay, potential annual incentives up to $18,000, and a guaranteed $20/hour including incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, knowledge of processes and systems, and be Customer Ready at all times.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to help support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
