Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to energize the retail experience at National Sales partner locations. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and use digital tools to close sales while delivering exceptional service.

You will engage with a broad customer base in a fast-paced setting, building relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customers understand how to self-serve via the T-Mobile app. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital tools and self-serve options to demonstrate value and close sales.
