The role supports teller transactions, new accounts, and ongoing maintenance while promoting credit union products and services to enhance members' financial well-being. We offer a bilingual pay premium for English/Spanish speakers and a collaborative team environment as we expand into the Berea community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of sales experience, including familiarity with lending practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to cross-sell products.
• Proficiency in financial software, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; intermediate math skills.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and open new accounts.
• Maintain accounts and perform account maintenance.
• Promote credit union products and services to members.
• Resolve member issues promptly and courteously.
• Support internal sales efforts through cross-selling.
